Niklas Prager - Chairman of the Board

Niklas started his professional career in the pharmaceutical industry in the US 14 years ago. After holding positions of increasing responsibility in both sales and marketing in the US and in Sweden, he served as Managing Director of Pfizer in Sweden between 2005 and 2009, when he decided to change career. He is now CEO of a fast growing MedTech company called Qbtech that sells decision support tools for objective diagnosis and follow-up of treatment outcomes in ADHD and Parkinson´s Disease.

Mattias Almgren

Mattias joined AAC Capital Partners in 2008 and has since been involved in the acquisition of Babysam and Envirotainer. Prior to joining, he worked for ABG Sundal Collier within Equity Research and Corporate Finance. Mattias holds an MSc from Stockholm School of Economics & Kenan Flager Business School.

Simon Angeldorff

Prior to joining AAC Capital Partners in 2008, Simon worked for SEB Enskilda and Goldman Sachs. He holds an MSc in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics and the University of Cologne and an MD from the University of Uppsala Medical School.

David Holm-Ovrén

David has worked in private equity and investment banking since 1998 and is a partner in AAC Capital. Current board memberships in Babysam AS and Helo Group OY. Previous board positions include HMS Networks AB, Pharmadule AB and Abaris AB.

Lars Sundman

Lars has more than 25 years experience from leading positions in the logistics industry. He has held CEO positions within ASG AB, Danzas ASG AB and DHL Express Sweden AB. Now semiretired, Lars is a member of the board in a number of companies combined with part time work as consultant.
