Container Leasing

Depending on your needs, Envirotainer provides one way rentals of temperature controlled containers worldwide.

Technologies – Our containers offer reliable temperature control:

• t1 and t2 active temperature control system based on dry ice refrigeration
• e1 active temperature control system based on compressor cooling and electrical heating

Container types – The right size for each shipment.  Envirotainer has three different sizes of containers in its leasing fleet, RAP, RKN, and CLD’s.

For M2M benefit program Envirotainer will provide consultation and training on process and set-up plus offer first trip lease gratis. Additionally, a 10% discount will be offered for ongoing consistent business.

Envirotainer has a unique position earned from our long history of working with many partners in the field of Air Cargo Temperature Management™. Our experience has lead to the development of two services, delivered through our Cold Chain Management department, that are designed to provide cold chain visibility that can be used to improve the cold chain: Transport Evaluation and Shipping Summary Report.

Transport Evaluations

• It gives quick and informative overview of ambient shipment data in easy to read graph and table
• Improvement areas can be identified in a measurable way
• Changes in the cold chain can be evaluated based on statistics to reduce shipping risks
• It will improve communication to cold chain partners
• I will give feedback to suppliers regarding actual exposure to ambient conditions

How does it work?

• The cold chain is divided into transport activities, e.g. truck to airport, storage at warehouse, flight for each trade lane to be evaluated
• Time and temperature acceptance criteria are defined for each transport activity
• The ambient data is be compared to the specified requirements
• The result will be communicates in a two page report for each shipment
• Summary over time with statistical data can be provided on a quarterly or annual basis

Shipping Summary Reports

• A graph is provided with the recorded product and ambient temperature readings throughout the entire cold chain.
• Key activities such as trucking, flight and storage are shown in the graph based on AWB and check lists
• The report highlights any ambient temperatures above or below the container specification.
• In case of any product temperature excursion, a root cause analysis is performed to establish possible and probable causes of the excursion. Process improvement recommendations are also suggested.

Any Bay Bio member has the opportunity to try out 1 SSR and/or 3 TE for free from Envirotainer’s Cold Chain Management department. If a Bay Bio member decides to continuous buy the SSR or TE, a discount of 15% will be given.

Representation

Douglas Wettergren is the sole sales representative in Northern Calfornia. All inquiries should be directed through him. Lease orders are placed with our Dallas, TX Operations Center. Reporting services have operations in Lagga, Sweden. In California we have three service stations, one at SFO airport and two at LAX. We have a network of 50 stations worldwide.

90% of our business is big pharma, however, our products and services are customized for anyone large or small moving high value products that are temperature sensitive.
