We are delighted to announce that last week, we received confirmation that aviation authorities in the EU and the US have concluded the long awaited aviation safety bilateral agreement, signed in June 2008.
The agreement means that the FAA will accept applications from us for airworthiness certification for the RKN e1 and RAP e2 on US carriers. This is what we have been waiting for since 2005, and in effect means that once approval is obtained on our applications, our containers can be flown on US flag carriers.
