Dear Valued Partner & Customer,
During 2011 Envirotainer introduced e-booking, a new booking system allowing Partners and Customers to place orders, view order history and booking status online. The phasing out of the previous booking system is in progress right now (i.e. where orders are submitted via fax, SITA or e-mail).
As from January 1st 2013, we will only process orders via the e-booking system. Any other form or method used for submitting orders will not be accepted without prior written approval from us.
For those who are unable to take advantage of our free online booking service, we could offer the option of entering bookings on our online system by our own personnel as an exception. A chargeable fee for this service will apply at EUR 25 / USD 32 per booking. Please notify CCServices@envirotainer.com by November 1st 2012 latest if you wish to take advantage of this option.
