Due to the introduction of e-booking, we are in the process of phasing out our legacy booking systems and moving towards a global customer service environment, as part of this process we will change the SITA availability of our Operations Centers in Frankfurt, Dallas and Sydney.
The current local SITA addresses DFWVWXH, for our Envirotainer Operation Center in Dallas, and SYDVWXH, for our Operation Center in Sydney, will be discontinued.
As from September 1st 2012, Envirotainer will be available via one global SITA address:
FRAVWXH.
There will be no direct access to DFWVWXH and SYDVWXH.
As from 1st January 2013, we will only process orders via the e-booking system. Any other form or method used for submitting orders will not be accepted without prior written approval from us.
