Envirotainer Services and Solutions

To lease a container with Envirotainer, you will first need to have a Master Lease Agreement (MLA) signed with us.
Alternatively, you may lease through any one of our accredited partners by placing your booking through them. You may refer to our website for more information of our products.
Kindly note that Envirotainer only leases or rent the container and we do not sell them. Any logistical arrangement has to be done by the lessee's side.
There are no restrictions on what can be shipped into our ULDs.
Your contracted rates can be found in the Master Lease Agreement. If you have any questions regarding them, please turn to your sales agent. Customers with user right to Financial in the Customer Portal, may access their contracted rates from MY PRICES.

The Portal will provide different lease-options based on:

1. Container Type
2. Release station
3. Return station
4. SOL date
5. Based on your agreed contract
6. Shipper/Forwarder
7. approved Exception Request

The online booking system will automatically suggest the most cost-efficient lease package based on the a/m data entered. In a drop-down menu, you can choose between available alternative lease durations.
Important to enter the correct data as the system will suggest the lease package based on your input.
• Origin – Where the product comes from. Where is the product being shipped from
• Destination – Where the product is being shipped to - The final destination of the product being shipped
• Release - The Envirtoainer station where the ULD(s) will be released from.
• Return – The Envirotainer station where the leased ULD(s) should be returned to.
Provide an example. That is, Origin: Kuala Lumpur (KUL), Destination: Bangkok (BKK) and Release/Return station: Singapore (SIN) as Envirotainer does not have any station in Malaysia and Thailand
The Portal, will only allow you to make choices that are according to the logistic rules available to you as a lessee.
The Round Trip Flex package can be used when you wish to return an E-tech or Releye container to another station than the release station, within trucking distance of the release station or within the cluster. The Portal will show which stations are available for Round Trip Flex when you book. Not applicable within APAC.
Yes. You may lease ULD(s) from a certified Envirotainer station and arrange transportation from the release site to the origin of the product. Envirtainer offers local delivery and collection service within the pre-determined trucking radius. Go to our Route Finder to find the nearest station available for the specific container type(s) or reach out to our customer service team.
Envirotainer Station's operating hours and addresses can be found using the Route Finder tool under More Information of a selected station.
A collection can be requested either by clicking 'on the truck' next to your order in the Portal or via the online web form: https://collection.envirotainer.com/) Once the information is completed, we will receive the request and will proceed to arrange a pick-up of the unit(-s).

Envirotainer Academy

You can sign up to take Envirotainer Academy courses on our Login page.
The Envirotainer Academy can be accessed through the Customer Portal. These courses are free of charge.
To aid understanding, our Container Operational courses are available in 8 languages; English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified) and Korean.
Individual learners can access a certificate after they have successfully completed each course. If an organization needs a training report for all of their staff, they can get this by contacting us.
One email can only be tagged to one account and it is non-transferrable. If a user changes company, he/she will have to sign up for a new account under the new email and redo the courses.

Once an email has been registered, it will not be possible to amend the email address for the account.

Digital Services

You can login to the Envirotainer Portal HERE.
Use search function or map to find locations (to/from) and airports (origin/destination) close to your pick up and drop off points to see how you can fly. Then add Envirotainer stations (release/return) to explore lease and package options.
The Shipment Report is a post-shipment report.
Shipment data is logged during transportation and automatically uploaded and made available in the Customer Portal approx. 48 hour upon container return. It is included free of charge for Releye, RKN e1 and RAP e2 containers and can also be downloaded for CryoSure. You can access your Shipment report via Portal - Menu - Shipment monitoring - Shipment Reports Contact support@envirotainer.com if the report is not available through the portal after 48 hours of the return
Live Monitoring enables a high degree of visibility in the complex temperature-control supply chain. It is an easy-to-use digital service that gives you access to real-time data of your cargo. With Live Monitoring, you will always know the location and condition of your cargo and have the ability to set custom-made alarms to receive important notifications. Live Monitoring is available for all Releye containers free of charge. You can access to your life monitoring via Portal Menu - Live Monitoring.
Envirotainer Control Tower service offers a global team of operators that is following a shipment’s every move, ready to respond within minutes to any critical event. The Envirotainer Control Tower service is a Proactive Service which included all Releye® leases and is free of charge. You can sign up for the Control Tower via the Portal - Menu - Notifications - Control Tower contact settings.

QEP

Any forwarder, airline or ground handling company is eligible for QEP Accreditation.
The following training options are recognized:
- The online Envirotainer Academy° Cold Chain Handling course (For all staff who handle Envirotainer containers), T-tech Container Advanced Handling course and/or e Container Advanced Handling course (For all staff who set-up and load Envirotainer containers).
- Face-to-face training conducted by Envirotainer approved personnel
- 3rd party e-learning that uses Envirotainer approved content Please contact support@envirotainer.com if you are interested in QEP certifications.
