Envirotainer, the global leader in secure cold chain solutions for temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals, has appointed Barbara Morgan as Regional President Americas and Kuntal Baveja as Regional President Asia Pacific (APAC).

The appointments mark a strategic expansion of Envirotainer’s Executive Leadership Team, aimed at driving growth and strengthening customer engagement across two of the company’s most critical regions. By strengthening its regional presence, Envirotainer reaffirms its commitment to staying closely connected to their customers across all markets, enabling deeper local insights, fast responses to regional needs, and the delivery of tailored support for temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical shipments worldwide.

Morgan joins with two decades of experience in the life sciences sector, spanning pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, and medical devices. She most recently served as Vice President and General Manager at Kerry Group.

Commenting on her appointment, Morgan said: “Envirotainer’s mission to ensure the safe, reliable delivery of life-saving medicines resonates deeply with me. I’m passionate about building strong partnerships and helping customers across the Americas access the solutions they need to succeed.”

Baveja brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical experience across general and specialty medicines, spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Most recently, he held senior roles at Novartis, including Country and Innovative Medicines President Austria, General Manager Netherlands, and Chief Commercial Officer for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa.

“I’m excited to join Envirotainer at such an important time in the company’s growth journey,” said Baveja. “The APAC region is diverse and dynamic, and I look forward to working closely with our customers to deliver tailored solutions to improve access of medicines for patients.”

Both bring extensive experience in driving growth, implementing customer-focused strategies, and fostering innovation within the life sciences industry. Their appointments mark a significant step in Envirotainer’s global expansion and in ensuring the company can respond quickly and effectively to regional customer needs.

Delphine Perridy will continue in her role as Chief Commercial Officer while also taking on the additional responsibility of President EMEA. Her expanded role reflects Envirotainer’s commitment to sustained growth in the region and ensures strong, unified commercial leadership across global markets.

Niklas Adamsson, Chief Operating Officer and Interim CEO at Envirotainer, said: “It’s great to welcome Barbara and Kuntal to our executive leadership team. Their extensive experience, deep sector knowledge and proven ability to drive customer-focused growth make them ideally positioned to lead our regional organisations. With strong leaders in place across all regions, we’ll accelerate innovation, strengthen customer relationships, and continue to deliver on our mission of enabling access to life-saving medicines around the world.”
