What made you interested in Envirotainer?
I got interested in Envirotainer because of the product and the way it helps people. I love technology and working at Envirotainer gives me the chance to combine my fascination for technology development with a greater good, every day.
What earlier experiences and knowledge do you bring to the Cold Chain market?
I have a lot of experience communicating with different stakeholders and people. I think the key to success for a project, group etc., is good communication and getting everybody to understand the common goal.
I have also worked with product development for a long time and love processes and improving them, coming up with ideas on how to streamline the work we do, to have more time for innovation and being creative.
How does a day in your work life look?
It is a lot of talking and connecting. As a Product Manager it is all about creating the bigger picture. So, talking to many different people to gather information on how the market develops, competitors progress and the latest for our products. At the same time one day can just be deep diving into excel and calculating CO2 emissions for our solutions.
What does the Envirotainer Core Values mean to you?
My favorite core value is Team Spirit. I truly believe that a strong team can achieve anything. Envirotainer have a strong team of enthusiastic professionals full of ideas and opinions, which sometimes leads to passionate discussions. But everyone wants the same thing - to provide the best solution and support to our customer.
What advice would you give to future colleagues?
Ask colleagues when you do not have the answer yourself. At Envirotainer, there’s a lot of experienced colleagues that are just glad to share their knowledge. I think that is one of the strengths with the company, the ability to help each other out and solve problems together. I have never felt embarrassed or been put down for asking a question. And I ask a lot of questions!
