Jarl Dahlfors - Chairman of the Board

Jarl has a long experience from leading positions from several industries. Among other position he has worked as CEO at Anticimex International AB during 2015 - 2022, at Loomis Inc and Loomis AB between 2009 - 2015. Jarl is currently the chairman of the board for Anticimex Group AB and for SNFL Ltd. Jarl is member of the board for Guardian Pest Control in China, Melker Schörling AB and IVC Evidensia.

Ali Farahani

Ali is a Partner at EQT and has been with the company since 2013. He is a member of the Technology sector team where he is leading the investment efforts in the Nordic region. Ali has been involved in numerous investments across the technology and services sectors and currently sits on the board of directors of Envirotainer, IVC Evidensia and Aceve. Prior to joining EQT, Ali worked at Morgan Stanley in London and Stockholm. Ali holds a BSc in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics.

Simon Tillmo

Simon is a Director at EQT and has been with the company since 2015. He is a member of the Services sector team and has been involved in a number of investments, including but not limited to Envirotainer, Schülke and Bluestep. Prior to joining EQT, Simon worked at Morgan Stanley in London and Stockholm. Simon holds a BSc in Economics from University of Gothenburg, a Master of Finance from University of Cambridge and has studied Industrial Engineering and Management at Chalmers University of Technology.

Tom Thomasson

Tom is a member of the Industrials sector team and the Nordic regional team at Cinven at has been with the company since 2017. He has been involved in a number of transactions, including Arxada (formerly LSI) and Envirotainer.
Prior to joining Cinven, Tom was an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank in the EMEA Industrials team.
Tom has a BSc and MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology and a BSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Wes Wheeler

Wes Wheeler is President of UPS Healthcare, a $10 Billion Division of UPS.  Prior to this role Wes was the CEO of Marken, LLP, a leading clinical supply chain service provider.  He managed Marken as a PE-owned company for six years before selling it to UPS in 2016. Wes also serves as the Chairman of the Board for Bushu Pharmaceuticals, a Japan-based contract manufacturing company. Wes joined GlaxoSmithKline in 1989 and worked for 12 years as SVP, Global Manufacturing & Supply. He has since served as CEO / President at Patheon, Valeant and DSM Pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining GSK, he worked for 12 years at ExxonMobil. Wes holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in addition to an MBA.

Linzell L. Harris

Linzell Harris recently retired as senior vice president of Global Supply Chain and Strategy at AstraZeneca, where he led end-to-end supply chain platform development and execution and product supply strategy. Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Linzell held the role of Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain for TEVA Pharmaceuticals. Before TEVA, he served as Head of Global Operations for Godiva Chocolatier and as a member of Godiva’s Executive Leadership team reporting to the CEO and President. Additionally, Linzell has worked in Senior Management roles at Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, Warner Lambert and Baxter Healthcare.  Linzell earned a BS in Mathematics from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. He has completed graduate and executive studies at Villanova, Michigan State, Columbia and Harvard Universities. 

Mina Abdulla Hamoodi

Mina is Head of Healthcare at Mubadala’s Private Equity platform, where she’s worked since 2009. Her experience spans operational and investment roles, including serving as CEO of Abu Dhabi Telemedicine Centre and contributing to major UAE healthcare projects like Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Prior to her career at Mubadala, Mina worked with the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court - Office of Strategic Affairs. Mina sits on the boards of Envirotainer, Zelis, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, and Mubadala Bio, and is also a member of Mubadala Private Equity Investment Committee and the Mubadala Investment & Business Planning Committee. She holds a BSc in Industrial and Operations Engineering (cum laude) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Andreas Jacobsson - Union Representative

Andreas has been working for Envirotainer for 15 years, his current role is as Quality Engineer. He is also the chairman of the union club (Unionenklubben) at Envirotainer.
