Container Return

We provide services for customers to support the detailed planning of the shipment set-up as well as onsite delivery and pick-up.

The regulatory environment for pharmaceuticals is becoming increasingly more stringent to safeguard the patient. To ensure the safe delivery of pharmaceuticals, maintaining an unbroken cold chain is vital.

We offer the service of having the container delivered to the customer’s premises. Having the pre-conditioned container delivered to the cold-storage warehouse is often used when the shipper wants to minimize exposure to ambient conditions. The cargo can then be loaded directly into the container, enabling an unbroken cold chain.

Container Return

The container is returned to an Envirotainer station once the shipment has reached its final destination, the product has been removed, and container cleaned of any debris inside. You return it to the Envirotainer station that was confirmed on your order confirmation form you received at the time of booking. If you use our contracted collection service, complete our simple online container return form.

If you return container(s) to any other Envirotainer station other than the station listed on your order confirmation, or any third party not affiliated with our Envirotainer Network, you could be subject to additional costs and/or demurrage.

The Envirotainer ground handling agent will perform an external walk-around to note any damages to the container. Ensure your agent remains present during this inspection and signs off on any damages noted.

Your agent receives a fully completed, signed and dated LUC/AC-20 form from our ground handling agent at the time of handover.

Please notice that the CRM will only be handled within regional office hours Monday-Friday.
